Unstructured session where people can get help with patters for gradings or competitions. Also all break boards, holders, targets and straw conditioning pads available for power development training

PHYSICAL CONDITIONING & STRETCHING SESSION

More time means more stretching to improve kicks, general health and flexibility

5.00pm - 5.30pm

SPARRING CLASS

90 minutes sparring class - students must attend the 5.00pm session for warm up and stretching first.

5.30pm - 7.30pm
