EQUIPMENT REQUIRED

• Headguard – Top Ten/Macho Style

• Gloves (14 years & older) – Closed finger open palm or 10 oz boxing gloves

• Boots – Top Ten/Bytomic style

• Mouthguard

• Chest guard (female) 12 years above

• Groin guard (male) 7 years above

• Shin guard – cotton sock/Macho style

• White dobok/uniform 7 years and above.

• I accept my division may be amended or cancelled if there are insufficient competitors in my category.

• I accept late or incomplete entries may be rejected and all applications are accepted on the basis the competition must be adequately funded. I agree there will be no refunds except if the event is cancelled.

• I agree I may be charged an admin fee of £10 to change category or disqualified if any of the information on this form is found to be incorrect.

• I certify and confirm I will accept ALL decisions of the Officials and ALL of the above information is correct.

• I am aware and agree to the use of video and photography equipment at this event
