Sparring Session Pre Competition

Dear members who enjoy sparring,

I have checked and there will be a sparring session on at the Hereford Leisure Centre on Friday 22nd June at 6.15pm.

Mr Lloyd and I shall be going along to train and for those of you competing on the 23rd June it is a useful pre competition training session. Of course, it’s also open to anyone whether they are competing or not.

For first timers it’s 'wear anything you want' such as dobok trousers and a t shirt and the cost is £3.

I hope lots of you will join myself and Mr Lloyd.
